Terms & Conditions – Family Room

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Family Room App. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for activity within your rooms

3. Acceptable Use

• No misuse of location or chat features
• No harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
• No attempt to access other users’ data

4. Location & Privacy

Location sharing is optional and controlled by the user. By enabling it, you consent to share your location with members of the same room.

5. Payments & Contributions

Any contribution made through UPI is voluntary. Family Room does not process, store, or manage payment data.

6. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise user safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

Family Room is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.
